Strain Relief Cable Glands, commonly named metal spring cable glands, are professional cable penetration sealing fittings with built-in spring clamping mechanism. Designed to cope with cable loosening, displacement and pulling force generated by long-term equipment vibration, mechanical shaking and external traction. This product series supports two mainstream thread standards: metric thread M10 to M36 and PG thread PG7 to PG29, compatible with most conventional wire diameters for industrial wiring arrangements.
Two material choices are provided to satisfy different operating environment demands:
Matched with elastic rubber sealing sleeve, lock nut and built-in spring structure. The spring tightly clamps the cable outer sheath to achieve reliable strain relief, offset cable tension and vibration displacement thoroughly. Meanwhile, the rubber sealing component forms tight waterproof and dustproof sealing at the cabinet wall hole, blocking moisture, dust and contaminants from invading electrical enclosures to protect internal circuits safely. Easy to install, detach and reusable, these spring cable glands are extensively used in automated production lines, servo motor wiring, instrument control boxes, testing equipment, marine electrical parts and all kinds of vibration-prone machinery devices.
