  – Products must be **unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition**.
  – Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged.
  – No freight refund will be issued for non-merchant reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return

We will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

3. Return Shipping
– You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item.

4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within **7-14 business days**.

5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
