Non Insulated Blade Terminals (also known as bare copper blade connectors) are precision-engineered from seamless T2 pure copper, delivering superior electrical conductivity, exceptional mechanical strength, and consistent crimping performance. Designed for reliable wire termination in a wide range of industrial and commercial applications, these terminals provide secure, long-lasting electrical connections for wires ranging from AWG 22 to 6.
The standard version features a durable tin-plated finish, offering strong resistance to oxidation and corrosion while maintaining stable electrical performance. Tin-plated non insulated blade terminals are widely used in general electrical wiring, industrial control panels, automotive wiring, and marine applications, where reliability, ease of installation, and cost efficiency are essential.
For more demanding applications, an upgraded silver-plated version is available. Silver plating provides lower electrical resistance and enhanced conductivity compared to tin, making it particularly suitable for high-frequency systems, precision electronics, audio equipment, and environments where signal integrity and stable transmission are critical.
In addition, a custom gold-plated version is available for select models, ensuring exceptional resistance to oxidation and chemical corrosion, and guaranteeing extremely stable electrical contact over long periods of use. Gold-plated non insulated blade terminals are ideal for high-end audio systems, professional sound equipment, aerospace electronics, military devices, and other applications where high reliability and minimal contact resistance are essential.
By crimping a non insulated blade terminal onto the stripped conductor, all wire strands are compacted into a solid, uniform structure, preventing strand separation and improving mechanical stability. This ensures consistent contact pressure within terminal blocks and connectors, resulting in safer, more reliable electrical connections that are easier to install, inspect, and maintain.
