Product Details

Brass blanking plugs are also called thread sealing stoppers, specially designed to seal and block redundant threaded holes on electrical enclosures, control boxes, machine casings and junction boxes. Available with standard Metric and PG thread specifications to match the common opening sizes of cable glands, filling idle holes effectively to maintain the original IP waterproof and dustproof rating of equipment shells.

Our blanking plugs are constructed from solid brass with uniform nickel plating as standard surface treatment. The nickel-plated brass body delivers excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance, stable structural hardness and tight thread fit, not easy to rust under normal indoor and general industrial working conditions. Cooperated with built-in rubber sealing gasket, the plug forms a fully sealed structure after screwing tightly, stopping moisture, dust, oil mist and debris from penetrating into equipment interiors.

These thread stoppers feature standard precision threads for smooth installation and disassembly. They will not slip or loosen during long-term equipment operation, vibration or temperature changes. Widely used to seal unused cable gland openings in automation cabinets, power distribution boxes, mechanical equipment, lighting housings and marine electrical devices.
